Return Policy

Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.

Return window: you have 30 days from delivery to return an item to us, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

How to start a return: contact us via our Contact page with your order number before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.

Return shipping: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds: once we receive and check your returned item, we process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective or damaged items: if your mask arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

Hygiene exception: for hygiene reasons, accessories that come into direct contact with skin cannot be returned once their protective packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
